Travis Sher – Rainy Day

LuPS 060 brings a new rookie called Travis Sher. Hailing from the USA, Travis delivers an ‘old school’  Progressive Trance track called Rainy Day. Alongside his Original you’ll find remixes done by Guido Percich, Franzis-D and IN5UM.

The Original of Rainy Day is a good old Progressive Trance with a growling deep baseline, crispy percussion and sweet harmonic melodies. This tracks brings just back the good memories of the early years of Armin van Buuren’s State of Trance mixes.

The remix of Franzis-D is close to the original version but contains a more minimal feel approach due to  a totally new arranged percussionsection.

The remix of IN5UM is even more Progressive Trance orientated then the original version. The Russian duo IN5UM managed to give their remix a rocksolid kickdrum and baselinepattern. On top of this you find crispy percussion which really pushes everything into the right direction. They’ve also added a few splendid new pads and sounds and even a majestic acidline which really tops everything of. This remix is a sure shot on peaktime hours.

The last remix comes from Argentina veteran Guido Percich. His remix is just a mindless and swirling piece of music that makes you longing for sweet lovely sunny beaches and good cocktails. New melodylines a breakbeat section and alot of emotional sounds has been added to his remix. This is just a perfect warm-up tune.
